About the Park

The Industrial Park is an exctracted and fully equipped area. The Park offers investment plots (Greenfield), production and storage halls with social – office facilities (Brownfield) and offices to let.
The Industrial Park is divided into zones:
Zone A – Stare Miasto 34 ha
Zone B – Wierzawice 2 ha
Tax relieves
Through proper resolutions coming from Leżajsk Commune, investors can derive financial benefit from property tax relieves.
Additionally, thanks to incorporation of some of the plots into SEZ, investors can broaden their financial benefits.

Park Przemysłowy Gminy Leżajsk (PPGL) was created to faciliate business activity in the region.
Employees of the Park, with support coming from local authorities, provide assistance to all investors planning to start business activity in the Park.
